  • Spent at least 60% of the total loan amount to cover payroll costs for employees

To apply for PPP loan forgiveness, you must spend the entire loan amount first. You can then apply for loan forgiveness any time before the loan’s maturity date. If you fail to apply for loan forgiveness within 10 months of the covered period, you will not receive the benefits of loan forgiveness.

2 – Restaurant Revitalization Fund

The Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) is provided under the American Rescue Plan Act. This program offers funds to help restaurants and other eligible businesses to continue business operations. This program offers funding to restaurants and small businesses in Michigan equal to their pandemic-related revenue loss.

With this program, you can recover up to US$ 10 million per business. The program also offers around $5 million, according to physical location too. Fund recipients are not required to repay the amount as long as the money has been used for legitimate business purposes.

3 – The Barstool Fund

The Barstool Fund offers a tax-deductible fund to support small businesses, especially through the pandemic period.

The organization has collected more than $40 million through public fund-raising. It has more than 231,040 refugees settled across Michigan and the US.
