If you have been approved for the reconstructive surgery of your body, only then you can proceed further to receive the grant.

If your insurance policy covers a weight loss surgery (even partially), then your application may get rejected.

You must support the program and help the organization raise at least 10% of the funds for the cost so that you can help others with the same program.

My wife is in need of a wrist replacement. She was a surgical tech and just starting for her PA license. Then at a wedding she fell and shattered her wrist. Multiple surgeries later her wrist does not move. We have looked for 2 1/2 years and no specialist will take her disability insurance. Because the surgery is so rare it is very expensive. Please let me know if there is anything out there. She so badly wants to go back to work.
