He specializes in improving access to behavioral health services through evidence-based and partnership-driven approaches. He previously served as a Healthcare Administrator for the State of Wyoming, leading school-based health and mental health initiatives, and spent over a decade in the United States Air Force as a Medical Service Corps Officer and Medical Laboratory Technician. Dustin focuses on integrating healthcare and education systems to expand care access and develop innovative service models.
