You must meet the eligibility criteria set by the specific program to verify your eligibility for dental grants.

The DDS volunteers offer dental care treatment and services to only those who fall under eligible patients. And, to qualify for the dental grants, the applicant can apply only if:

  • She/he has a permanent disability
  • She/he is age 65 years or older
  • She/he qualifies as medically compromised (attach the documents while filling out the form)
  • She/he does not have enough income to pay for the treatment

These qualifications are set under the established Donated Dental Services (DDS) criteria. Every program has different qualifications for approving dental grants. Applicants are advised to check eligibility standards before applying for dental grants.
